Heat Stress!!!

Last Wednesday, it was the highest heat level recorded. not just the temperature but also the humidity level that was not lower than 50%. thus, the level was back to back at category 4. I was not aware of the level when I went out to the process area. at that category people should not be under the sun unless there are certain precaution taken to prevent heat stress or hyperthermia. Luckily I did not spent much time in the process area.. phew..
